Meet Our Staff
Executive Director
Beth has been AOHC's Executive Director since 2004. Beth has a Master of Science Degree from the University of Rochester in New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Her experience includes over 25 years in association management and health policy advocacy in Ohio. Beth is ready to listen to and assist AOHC members and others who are interested in local public health.
Julie Hoover, Administration
Julie has been with AOHC since 2017. She provides general and financial administrative support to both AOHC and the Local Public Health Services Collaborative. She can be reached at extension 22.
Denise Ross, BSBA, Meetings Coordinator
Denise has been with AOHC since May 2022. She plans all of AOHC's educational offerings and provides administrative support for association board and committee meetings. She can be reached at extension 24.
Wayne Howlett, LPHSC Business Manager
Wayne accepted this new position in July 2022. He comes to the role with many years of experience in medical billing and practice management. He is very busy learning his leadership role and moving the Local Public Health Services Collaborative (LPHSC) forward during this exciting time! He can be reached at extension 26.
