Position Title: Dietetic Technician:  WIC Certifying Health, Professional 1 (CHP1)
                        Dietitian:  WIC Certifying Health Professional 2 (CHP2)

Department: Women, Infant, and Children (WIC)

Immediate Supervisor: WIC Director

Entry Salary: Dietetic Technician WIC CHP1 - $16.92 per hour + 3.5% pay increase upon successful completion of probation. Dietitian WIC CHP2 - $22.50 + 3.5% pay increase upon successful completion of probation.

Full-time position. Be a part of the nation’s most successful public health nutrition program.  Provide eligible families the resources, knowledge, and tools to thrive through nutrition assessments, education, referrals to community agencies and supporting and promoting breastfeeding as part of the Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program. Health Professionals should have experience in maternal and child health and nutrition, including breastfeeding. Candidates are required to be one of the following: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and Ohio Licensed Dietitian or Dietetic Technician Registered (DT/DTR); Registered and Ohio Licensed Dietitian is the preferred credential. Excellent benefits package.  Remote opportunities are available after training is completed. A 180-day probationary period is required. This is a tobacco-free position.
