Position Title:          Disease Investigator

Department:            Nursing

Entry Salary:            $19.29 per hour—

                                (3.5% increase upon successful completion of probation)

Full-time position. Current CPR certification. Bachelor of Science in Public Health or similar field. Experience in public health preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license with state minimum insurance and an acceptable driving record.  Phlebotomy training to be completed within 9 months of hire.

A 180-day probationary period is required. $19.29 per hour with a 3.5% pay raise upon successful completion of probation. Excellent benefits package including OPERS, healthcare plan options with generous HSA contributions, dental, vision, etc., vacation, sick and personal leave.
