Program Manager — Director of Nursing

Delaware Public Health District

The Delaware Public Health District seeks a Program Manager/Director of Nursing for the Clinical Services Unit.  This position is responsible for programming and personnel issues at the unit level and handles all nursing specific programming in the agency.  Major programming within the Unit includes vaccination & screening clinics, children with medical handicaps (CMH) program, prenatal/newborn home visiting, and mobile clinics.  The Program Manager/Director of Nursing is also responsible for implementing the Get Vaccinated Ohio and Cribs for Kids grants for the agency.   

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively both orally and in writing.  Bachelor's degree in field of nursing or related health field required.  Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Ohio required.  Three to five years' relevant experience required.  Possession of a valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance required.  One-year supervisory experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay is $37.55/hour, may be adjusted commensurate with experience
