Your outstanding customer service skills will be on display as you ensure the efficient operation of our WIC Unit and provide administrative support to our team. This is a fast-paced role with changing priorities, and no two days are ever the same as you, respond to inquiries, assist clients, and support general office processes and systems. This position requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will qualify in one of two categories:
Administrative Assistant 1: High school diploma or GED. Less than 1 year relevant experience required. Pay grade (A) begins at $16.55/hour commensurate with experience.
Administrative Assistant 2: High school diploma or GED. 1-3 years experience required. Pay grade (B) begins at $17.55/hour commensurate with experience.
