Description
The Delaware Public Health District seeks a full-time Contact Tracer (aka Clinic Services Assistant) to conduct preventative health services within the community. Under general supervision, this position interviews, evaluates, and monitors clients, provides education, guidance and isolation/quarantine parameters based on CDC, ODH, and DPHD standards. Job duties may include but not be limited to: build maps and translate data that can be used to monitor case locations and potential areas of concern, recommend targeted interventions, contact tracing, and preparing and responding to outbreaks.
Typical Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Experience and/or education in Public Health or health related field preferred.
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
