Responsibilities:
1 |
Responsible for assessment of all TLCHD programs to ascertain the connections and resources available to address childhood and youth wellness issues. |

Work with current community partners and form new partnerships to help address childhood wellness issues. |
|
3 |
Work with organizations to provide resources and help foster proper behaviors to good health. |
|
4 |
Creates a sustainable program within TLCHD which can deliver current and future services. |
|
5 |
Use all methods of media to market and deliver services. |
|
6 |
Works with TLCHD Medical and Programmatic Subject Matter Experts to improve childhood health outcomes in Lucas County. |
|
7 |
Will serve as TLCHD’s ambassador to pre-conception to 18 year old’s health and wellbeing. |
|

|
Use data and data tools to understand and respond to childhood health issues. |
|
9 |
Establishes appropriate databases. |
|
10 |
Work with TLCHD staff and others to set quantifiable metrics that are used to measure and evaluate the improvement of childhood wellness from work done in the program |
|
Other Duties & Responsibilities: |
Answers phone and responds to emails. Attends training as required. |
