Basic Qualifications

 Responsibilities: 

1

Responsible for assessment of all TLCHD programs to ascertain the connections and resources available to address childhood and youth wellness issues.

Work with current community partners and form new partnerships to help address childhood wellness issues.

3

Work with organizations to provide resources and help foster proper behaviors to good health.

4

Creates a sustainable program within TLCHD which can deliver current and future services.

Use all methods of media to market and deliver services.

Works with TLCHD Medical and Programmatic Subject Matter Experts to improve childhood health outcomes in Lucas County.

Will serve as TLCHD’s ambassador to pre-conception to 18 year old’s health and wellbeing.

Use data and data tools to understand and respond to childhood health issues.

Establishes appropriate databases.

Work with TLCHD staff and others to set quantifiable metrics that are used to measure and evaluate the improvement of childhood wellness from work done in the program

Answers phone and responds to emails. Attends training as required.
