Description:
- Fully onsite at 1843 Oakwood Avenue Napoleon, OH 43545.
- Compensation: $24/hr.
- Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (35 hours/week)
- Will require to work before 8:30am or past 4:30pm somedays.

Qualifications/Licensure Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; experience in clinical public health a plus; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and provide essential public health services.
- Must possess and maintain a license to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code; must maintain certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation; must maintain a valid State of Ohio driver’s license; must maintain insurability in accordance with Health District policy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide public health services to clients, including taking vital signs, collecting laboratory samples, and administering vaccines.
- Gather and record client data and provide services according to client assessments.
- Assist in coordinating health promotion programs and screening activities in various community settings.
- Assist in disease investigations and follow-up on communicable diseases.
- Ensure accurate inventory management for clinic operations, including monitoring vaccine stock and clinical materials.
- Assists in conducting outreach and case finding activities; may be assigned to any number of programs as needed (e.g., CMH, immunizations, school nursing, communicable diseases, etc.).
