NOW HIRING: Full-time Public Health Nurse position
The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Public Health Nurse will provide case management for families with children with special healthcare needs and participate in community projects serving the MCH population.
Duties include: pediatric assessment, case management, health care service coordination, home visitations and parent education.
Requirements:
- Public Health Nurse I (PHN I): Associate’s degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 1 year of nursing experience.
- Public Health Nurse II (PHN II): Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 4 years of nursing experience, or 1 year as a PHN I
- Registered Nurse with the State of Ohio and current CPR certification.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through FCPH’s provider.
- Some evening and weekend hours required.
- Non-smoker.
Hiring Rate:
- Public Health Nurse I (PHN I): $23.28 - $29.11/hour
- Public Health Nurse II (PHN II): $25.60 - $32.00/hour
- This is a non-exempt position.
