AFR Technical Assistance Webinar March 19th – from Susan Tilgner, OPHP

OPHP will hold an AFR technical assistance webinar on March 19, 2019 from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. This is for those who missed the in-person sessions, and those who still have questions about how to complete the tool. If you are interested, please email Susan Tilgner and she will register you for the webinar. And just a reminder, the deadline to submit the AFR to ODH is now May 1. You should be able to access the new AFR in the OPPD by April 1st.
