National Prescription Drug Takeback Day on Saturday, April 28

Next Saturday, April 28, is National Prescription Drug Takeback Day. The day is an opportunity for community members to safely and easily dispose of unused prescription drugs ‒ including opioid pain relievers ‒ at drop-off locations across the country. More information about the day, including a collection site locator tool, can be found on the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Take Back Day website. The site also includes a partnership toolbox where you may download posters, handouts, and other materials to promote the day.
