Oral Health Coalition Coordinator

ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONTRACTUAL POSITION

Hamilton County Public Health is accepting applications for a contractual Oral Health Coalition Coordinator. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in related field and two (2) years related experience or equivalent combinations of education, training and/or experience; previous experience with leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, priorities management and strategic planning. Successful candidate will possess strong communication skills. Previous experience in public health, healthcare administration, oral health or collective impact preferred. This contractual position is part time, funding up to 24 hours per week.

Job duties included but are not limited to:

• Coordinates all activities of the Hamilton County Oral Health Coalition.
• Organizes coalition meetings including notifications, agendas, meeting minutes and any follow up.
• Assists in the development of strategic plan aimed to increase dental capacity and access for the uninsured and Medicaid population.
• Works to improve oral hygiene especially in most vulnerable populations.
• Assists in implementation of recommendations from the Health Management Associates Oral Health Assessment Needs Report.
• Collaborates with partner agencies.
