Full (40 hours) position available in our Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programs.

• The MCH Public Health Nurse will provide case management for families with children with special healthcare needs and participate in community projects serving the MCH population.  

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the State of Ohio and current CPR certification.
• Associates Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) from an accredited College of Nursing
• At least 1 year related experience preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through FCPH’s provider.
• Some evening and weekend hours required.  
• Non-smoker. Salary: $23.29 - $29.11/ hour. This is a non-exempt position.
