Program Manager – Solid Waste and Plumbing
The Delaware Public Health District seeks a Full-Time Program Manager for the Environmental Health Division. The Program Manager is responsible for the management of solid waste, nuisance investigations, plumbing and vector control. This position is responsible for managing environmental health programs, supervising personnel and participating in program activities. This position will assist with determining needs, planning services, developing policies/procedures, unit budgets, setting objectives, recommending program changes and monitoring and assuring program goals are being met. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
Requirements:
BA or BS degree, Ohio driver license, and State of Ohio Registered Environmental Health Specialist registration required. A successful candidate is required to possess a combination of the following: an Ohio Pesticide License Category 10D, Ohio REHS registration. Five years of relevant program experience is required with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
