Qualifications and Required Knowledge:
Registered Nurse. Completion of post-secondary education in nursing, must be a registered nurse and currently licensed in Ohio; Knowledge of childhood immunization schedules preferred.
HOURS: Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM. Occasional evening and weekend hours.
SALARY: Commensurate with Experience
DUTIES: Administers immunizations to children and adults, performs newborn home visits, provides counseling to pregnant women, conducts communicable disease case investigation and follow-up (including COVID-19), works in public health clinics, provides referrals and coordinates with other health department and partner agency programs and services.
