1 Part or Full-time position available.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Initiate Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting Program services by providing home visits for children; develop, implement and evaluate family centered assessments and care plans; coordinate referrals to appropriate resources; develop and provide health education and guidance to families.
Minimum qualifications: must be licensed registered nurse pursuant to Section 4723.13 of the Revised Code; Bachelor’s degree preferred. A valid Ohio driver’s license with ongoing proof of auto insurance. Current CPR certification.
