NOW HIRING: Community Health Worker (two positions) Grant-funded
The Community Health Worker (CHW) will work closely with individuals in the community who have substance use disorders, chronic health conditions, women of childbearing years, and/or who experience obstacles in obtaining healthcare services. The CHW will assist clients in finding community resources which reduce their barriers to care and help ensure that the client is knowledgeable about their health condition(s).

Hiring Salary: $19.24/hour to $24.06/hour. This is a non-exempt position.
