Public Health Services Council of Ohio (PHSCO) is seeking a qualified candidate for the full time position of Executive Director. PHSCO is a Council of Governments (COG) serving Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Williams and Wood Counties. The individual in this position will serve as the Executive Director and will work to initiate, facilitate, coordinate and improve services and operations of this newly established council. This position will report to the Board comprised of the Health Commissioners of the participating local health departments. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, Education or related field, Master’s Degree preferred. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Public employee benefits available.
