Position Title:          Disease Investigator

Department:            Nursing

Entry Salary:            $19.29 per hour—

                                (3.5% increase upon successful completion of probation)

Full-time position. Current CPR certification. Bachelor of Science in Public Health or similar field. Experience in public health preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license with state minimum insurance and an acceptable driving record.  A 180-day probationary period is required.
