House Bill 186 Proposes Movement of Manufactured Homes Park Program from ODH to OMHCHouse Bill 186, introduced by Representatives Foley and Patten, proposes to move the state regulation of manufactured home parks from ODH to the Commission. The Public Affairs Committee and Board have reviewed the proposal and AOHC has been active in interested parties meetings to assure that local health department interests and concerns are addressed.
