Meet Ou r Staff
Beth E. Bickford, MS, RN, CNS, is AOHC's Executive Director. Beth has a Master of Science Degree from the University of Rochester in New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Her experience over the past 10 years has been in association management, first at the Ohio Nurses Association and most recently at BLF Management. She also has extensive clinical nursing experience. Beth is ready to listen and learn as much as she can about the Association, its members and the public health system. Email Beth
 Penny Hill is AOHC's part-time Meetings Assistant. She helps Beth in logistical planning, follow-up and other efforts related to association meetings and educational conferences. Penny has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from The Ohio State University. She has over 9 years of experience in writing documentation for the manufacturing and software industries.
