RWJF Call Uniform Chart of Accounts for LHDs

The Public Health Activities and Services Tracking (PHAST) team at the University of Washington, with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, invites local health departments to join the second phase of the Uniform Chart of Accounts (COA) project as practice partners and help us set the standard for comparing expenditures and revenues in public health.

Why participate?
Use the Uniform COA to make the evidence-based case for public health funding decisions:  better understand the costs of programs and services, analyze revenue sources, and improve budgeting and performance management.  The COA can also reduce the burden of external reporting and allow LHD administrators to benchmark performance across agencies.
