AOHC Presents Proposal Regarding Food Cost Methodology to RFSAC

On Thursday, Duane Stansbury presented AOHC's proposal to standardize the food program cost methodology to the members of the Retail Food Safety Advisory Committee.  AOHC is proposing that the cost methodology for the food program be the same as the other EH programs, as outlined in ORC Section 3709.09. Click here to read the proposal and rationale. There were no concerns expressed by the committee, so our next step is to meet individually with key industry groups to discuss the proposal.
