Program Manager - Infrastructure

The Delaware General Health District seeks a F/T Program Manager to work in the Administration Division. This position is responsible for program management, planning, fiscal and personnel management for the Information Technology, Vital Statistics, Operations/Building, and Satellite Office units. The essential functions of the Program Manager include planning, organizing, directing/leading, and controlling.

Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively both orally and in writing. Bachelor’s degree in a field of public health, social sciences, business, and/or administration required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and skills related to quality improvement, facility operations, fiscal management, information technology planning and operations. Three to five years’ relevant experience required. One-year supervisory experience preferred.   Possession of a valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $29.00/hr, may be adjusted commensurate with experience.
