Environmental Health Director

Morrow County Health District

The Morrow County Health District is seeking a Registered Sanitarian to fulfill the role of Environmental Health Director. This person will provide the management and leadership of the Environmental Health division of the agency, and will provide oversight of the programming conducted by the division. This person will work closely with other leadership roles within the agency to fulfill the mission, values, and goals of the Morrow County Health District. This is a full-time, exempt position with 40 hours per week, M-F.

Qualifications: Applicant must have a current Ohio Registered Sanitarian’s license, as well as a current Ohio driver’s license and auto insurance. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, with graduate work in public health or health administration being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of prior sanitarian experience required, with supervisory experience being preferred.
