Administrative Assistant - Environmental Health

Delaware General Health District

The Delaware General Health District seeks a F/T Administrative Assistant 1 or Administrative Assistant 2, depending on experience, to work in the Environmental Health Division. Individual will issue plumbing and various environmental permits, calculate proper fees, receipting, enter data into various programs, run multiple reports from databases, and maintain program records/files, and assist with other general office duties as assigned.

Requirements: The successful candidate should have excellent skills with multitasking, time management, data entry, handling calls and providing quality service to clients. Health Space or Health Department Information System software experience a plus. At least 1 -3 years of related work experience is required. High school diploma or GED required.
