Plumbing Inspector

Delaware General Health District

 

The Delaware General Health District seeks a full time Plumbing Inspector 1 or 2 to work in the Environmental Health Division. Individual will review plumbing plans and inspect commercial and residential plumbing installations within the jurisdiction of the health district.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Less than one year experience as a Certified Plumbing Inspector required for Plumbing Inspector 1. One to three years’ experience as a Certified Plumbing Inspector required for Plumbing Inspector 2.

The successful candidate must meet state minimum for application as a State of Ohio Certified Plumbing Inspector or already hold this certification. Possession of valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
