Performance Measurement and Accreditation Coordinator
The Performance Measurement and Accreditation Coordinator position will manage all accreditation renewal activities for Franklin County Public Health related to the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). This position also plans, organizes, directs, and leads the process of the quality improvement program and program-based performance management. The PMAC is responsible for working with internal and external teams to identify and address health problems, disparities and social determinants of health.
Duties Include:
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health & human services, health education or related field (Master’s preferred); three (3) years of experience Grant Writing and Quality Improvement, or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through FCPH’s provider.

Salary Range: $21.18/hour - $26.48/hour (non-exempt position)
