Position Title: Emergency Preparedness Coordinator (EPC)
Entry Salary: EPC1 - $17.13 per hour/based on qualifications and experience; EPC 2 - $18.50 per hour/based on qualifications and experience
Filing Deadline: Open Until Filled

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Preference will be given to individuals with education, training or experience in Public Health, Emergency Preparedness or similar field.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Complete and submit deliverables as outlined by the Ohio Department of Health and the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant; Incorporate Incident Command System into all facets of the agency; create and maintain the Emergency Response Plan; participate in local and regional meetings to ensure coordination and collaboration of preparedness activities; assists in preparation of grants; directs activities and meetings of the agency Safety Committee. .

This is a tobacco-free position with an excellent benefits package.

A 180 day probationary period is required.
