Early Intervention Service Coordinator

Holmes County General Health District

The Holmes County General Health District is actively seeking a qualified candidate for a full time position of Early Intervention Service Coordinator. Under the general supervision of the Director of Personnel Health, the candidate chosen for this position will work with children 0 to age 3 who have suspected delays or disabilities. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.

Qualified candidates must possess: a Bachelor's degree in education, social work or other related field; a valid Ohio driver's license; and proof of insurance. All applicants must be computer literate and able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, bi-lingual (Spanish or Penn Dutch) is a plus. Successful candidates should be able to work in collaboration with multiple agencies, able to write reports, case charts and grants, and able work within the rules and state statues of the program.
