FT 40 hours/week

Marion Public Health is seeking a full time Epidemiologist/Health Data Analyst to serve as Marion County’s Health Data Chief Strategist. The Epidemiologist will have a key role in providing health data translation for infectious disease, chronic disease, and social epidemiology for our Marion County community partners. Minimum Requirements: Master’s Degree in Public Health with emphasis in Epidemiology or experience working in the field of Epidemiology; Proficient in excel and data systems; Must have an Ohio Driver’s License and automobile insurance; Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.  Job responsibilities include: Infectious disease surveillance and reporting; Chronic disease analysis; Social epidemiology around social determinants of health; Health data translation. Position open until filled.
