The 2018 Fall Conference will be held at the Columbus Marriott Northwest this year, due to renovations at the Embassy Suites.

Exhibitors: Registrations are still accepted as space allows. Please register here. There is limited exhibit space available. Exhibitor registration must be received by Tuesday, September 18.
The primary intended audience for the Fall Conference are health commissioners and senior level staff, though others are welcome. On Thursday, September 27, Medical Director University will be offered as part of the conference which is planned by Medical Directors for Medical Directors.
Continuing education credits are requested for physicians, nurses, registered sanitarians, and veterinarians. Registration information and the agenda will be released around mid August.
