Job Duties: Successful candidates provide a variety of clerical, administrative and support services to internal and external clients; answer phone, schedule appointments, establish and maintain files; issue birth and death certificates, EBT cards, and permits and licenses. May perform heights, weights and simple laboratory sampling. All health district staff have an emergency response role and may be expected to respond to threats to the public’s health in accordance with the Greene County Public Health Emergency Response Plan.

Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED); valid driver’s license, and basic clerical and computer skills required. Minimum 12 months administrative/clerical experience required.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with one-hour unpaid lunch. Evenings as required.
