Community Health Nurse Drug Overdose Prevention Coordinator

Hours: Fulltime (40 hours per week)

This position will start under the leadership and tutelage of a Community Health Supervisor to ensure complete understanding of the OPIOID program, partners, present initiatives and objectives of current opioid grants.

Basic requirements:

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Typical hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Variable, evening and weekend hours as needed

Physical Requirements: Be able to lift objects up to 40 (40) pounds.
