Duties include but are not limited to:
-Manages public health grant(s) as needed and ensures deliverables are met
-Provides public health services/assessments to clients in various settings including Children with Medical Handicaps; immunization clinics and education; opioid prevention/harm reduction outreach; elevated lead case management; health education; and infectious disease investigation
-Gathers and records client data
-Prepares and maintains records and reports
-Disseminates educational materials
-Makes referrals
-Conducts home visits as necessary, including Newborn home visits
-Performs any and all other related duties as assigned or directed
Current Ohio RN license, driver license and reliable transportation required. Public Health experience preferred. Minimum two (2) years nursing experience.
