Accreditation Learning Community April 5 - with Link to Document Review Form

The April 5th ALC will be held at the Ohio Department of Agriculture in Reynoldsburg. Register here.

If you are planning to participate in the document review session, please use the attached form to send your document(s) to Susan Tilgner by Friday, March 29. You can send a document from any of the 12 domains. Here is what is being planned:
 
Morning Session: 

• Presentation about Health Equity - what it is, how it relates to social determinants of health, and how to incorporate it into public health practice.
• Panel of local health departments sharing how they demonstrated health equity for PHAB standards and measures.
• More updates from PHAB, ODH and OSU.
• Poster presentations from local health department projects about performance improvement, strategic planning and quality improvement.  

Afternoon Session:

• Document Review for those of you still interested. We are updating this session a little to be more productive. This session will include all domains. Please start thinking about documents you may want to bring to the session and share with the group for feedback.

You will have the option to sign up just for the morning session, or the whole day. Lunch will not be provided, but when you register, you can sign up to pay $5.00 at the door for pizza. Contact Susan Tilgner with questions.
