ODH acquired the Sanitarian Registration Board with the approval of the FY18/19 budget. With the acquisition, comes the need to review and update the Ohio Administrative Code. ODH is proposing the following new rules in chapter 3701-76 to replace all former rules associated with the Sanitarian Registration Board under chapter 4736.
The proposed changes to the rules removed some of the rules that are no longer necessary now that the program is part of a larger agency. The changes also allowed ODH to combine several rules to achieve easier readability when looking for information pertaining to the practice of environmental health.
